【揀飲擇食】24款高糖小食棒一覽 小心超標
能量棒及小食棒暗藏高糖、高脂陷阱,消費者委員會提醒小心愈食愈肥。
消委會去年9月至10月從超級市場、百貨公司、便利店、運動用品中心等地方收集不同樣本,包括12款能量棒及26款小食棒。消委會發現,其中24款小食棒樣本屬「高糖」,兩款能量棒屬「高脂肪」。
